Evan Bloom
Evan is a founder and managing partner of Root Change, where he sets strategic direction for the organization, oversees systems strengthening initiatives and projects, and researches new pathways to higher nonprofit performance. Before Root Change, Evan served as the Vice President for Capacity Building at Pact, where he authored one of the most widely used capacity diagnostic tools in international development, co-founded the Impact Alliance, and established the Capacity Building Services Group. Evan has worked in the field of international development for over 30 years. He teaches innovation and strategic partnering at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies and Emory University.
