Passionate and devoted in helping create a more equitable world. At the Community Independence Initiative, CII, helping to strategize and expand globally through multiple communication strategies and helping advance this new emerging field of "peer driven change" globally. Self initiative,determination, mutuality and investments are CII's core values and central to "peer driven change" models. Sole mission of CII, is to showcase capacity in all, especially those of color and to change stereotypical views of those in poverty as incapable showcasing/highlighting/demonstrating capacity and resiliency. CII, Community Independence Initiative model, is showing capacity by our demonstrations worldwide. Currently in 7 countries Liberia, Uganda, Congo, Philippines, Columbia, Mexico and in the US. These resident driven initiatives, micro entrepreneurs/ community builders are helping transform mindsets with their absolute capacity, agency. CII's worldwide quest is for ultimate equality, upward economic mobility and transforming policy, funders so to directly invest in the 80% of the worlds population who can drive their own change.
